The Digital Bitácora is an application for the control of works where the professionals responsible for the execution of the work record their professional performance and at the same time allow the control and monitoring by the competent authorities and institutions.The use of the Digital Logbook is mandatory for all incorporated members of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica, who have a participation in a construction.
The indicated obligation is for constructions of a public or private nature.They also make annotations, CFIA inspectors, municipal officials or other public and private entities provided they are incorporated members of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica and are duly authorized by the same Institution for which they work.
